Mr. Jugeshinder (‘Robbie’) Singh has served as the CFO of the Adani Group since 2019, overseeing the Group’s financial strategy and its evolution into a global infrastructure leader. With a total tenure of 12 years at Adani and 17 years in international investment banking – including senior roles at Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Bank and Commonwealth Bank – Robbie brings extensive expertise in structured finance, mergers and acquisitions.
Under his leadership, the Group has pivoted toward energy transition and digital infrastructure, recently announcing a US$100 billion investment roadmap to build the “Infrastructure of Intelligence”. Robbie has been instrumental in maintaining financial discipline, managing a US$100 billion capital expenditure plan while ensuring stable leverage ratios during the Group’s rapid multi-sector expansion.
He holds an engineering degree from Punjab University and an Applied Finance diploma from Bond University, Australia.
