Passenger advisory – 1. Our association with DragonPass, which provided access to airport lounges, has been terminated with immediate effect. DragonPass customers will no longer have access to lounges at Adani-managed airports. At CCISA, Lucknow we provide assistance, information, and advice to passengers with reduced mobility and special needs at various checkpoints throughout the airport. Passengers are required to book the facility at the time of booking tickets with respective airlines. In case of emergency, wheelchairs are provided at departure and arrival without any booking.
