Not to Worry If you have lost or misplaced any of your valuable at the airport, we are there to assist you.

Lost & Found Claim Process:

  • Step 1: Contact Lost & Found Department and submit your details:
    • Contact Number (24*7) -0471-2702711/10
    • Email id- lostfound.trv@adani.com
    • Meanwhile you can also write to our Call Centre-XXXXXXXX and Customer care id-XXXXXXXXX. We Thank you for your patience and Cooperation.
  • Step 2: Lost & Found Team will Verify the details and revert to Passenger.
    • Response Time - 48 working hours 
  • Step 3: Incase Item is Verified, the lost article / articles may be claimed on producing the following documents during Working hours only
    • Copy of Boarding Card.
    • Copy of Passport / ID card issued by any Government.
    • The details of the items being claimed.
    • A letter filled and signed by the owner with details of the items being claimed.
    • Government authorized photo identity card preferably Passport / Driving License / Aadhaar Card / Voter card.

Any such item will be appropriately processed as per the guidelines. Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TIAL) is not liable for any wear, damage, alteration, or modification that may occur to these items during the time of their storage.

Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TIAL) does not offer courier or postal services for lost items, nor insurance or any similar coverage. Items found shall be stored responsibly in line with the retention/storage policy. To reclaim a lost item, individuals must follow the outlined process, including verification of identity and proof of ownership. A valid government-issued ID, boarding pass/ticket, and an authorisation letter (if the item is being collected on someone’s behalf) would be required. Items that remain unclaimed will be managed as per Thiruvananthapuram International Airport's (TIAL) retention policy.
